6.1 Orders are typically processed within 1 working day and delivered within 5-7 working days, unless otherwise stated.

6.2 Shipping times may vary based on location, carrier, and unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

6.3 For international orders, customs fees and duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery.

7.2 If you receive a faulty product, contact us within 14 days of receipt at contact@alittlepleasure.com. Proof of purchase and photos of the issue may be required. 

7.3 Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
