A: Absolutely! All our products are made from premium, FDA-approved body-safe silicone that’s soft, hypoallergenic, and gentle on the skin.

A: Welcome to the club! 💖 We recommend starting with something simple, like our Baller or Lover. They’re beginner-friendly & easy to use to help you reach your pleasure faster!

Q: How do I know which toy is right for me?
A: Everyone’s preferences are unique! Check out our product descriptions and reviews, or DM us—we’re happy to help you find the perfect fit.

Q: Can I gift your products to someone?
A: Absolutely! Our products make amazing gifts for your bestie, partner, or even yourself. We offer gift wrapping and discreet shipping for extra privacy.

Orders & Delivery

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: We aim to get your order to you within 5-7 working days

Q: Do you ship discreetly?
A: Yes! Your package will arrive in plain, nondescript packaging—no one will know what’s inside except you.

Q: Where do you deliver?
A: Currently, we only offer shipping within Hong Kong. Stay tuned—we’re working on expanding worldwide! 🌍

Q: Can I change my order after I’ve placed it?
A: If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Email us ASAP at contact@alittlepleasure.com with your order details.

Q: What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?
A: If your package is delayed or lost, contact us at contact@alittlepleasure.com. We’ll work with the carrier to sort it out ASAP.

Q: Do you offer express shipping?
A: Yes, we do! Choose express shipping at checkout to get your order even faster.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: We offer free shipping through HK Post, or if you want your pleasure even faster, you can choose the Express delivery option and we will pop your package with SF Express for just $40.

Payment & Discounts

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus PayPal. Payment is 100% secure!

Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: Of course! Sign up for our Pleasure Besties Club to get 10% off your first order and stay updated on exclusive deals and offers.

Q: Can I use more than one discount code?
A: We love a good deal too, but unfortunately, discount codes can’t be stacked.

Q: Will my payment be discreet?
A: Totally. Your purchase will appear under a neutral name on your statement for your privacy.

Q: How do I clean my toy?
A: It’s easy! Use warm water and a gentle, toy-safe cleaner. Make sure it’s fully dry before storing it in a clean, dry place. Further instructions can be found in your user manual

Q: Are your toys waterproof?
A: Most of our products are waterproof, but always check the product description for details before diving in.

Q: Can I use lubricant with your toys?
A: Yep! We recommend water-based lubricants for compatibility with our silicone products.

Q: Are your products rechargeable?
A: All of our toys are USB rechargeable—no batteries required! Check the product description for specific details.

Q: Can I use your toys with a partner?
A: 100%! Our toys are perfect for solo sessions or for spicing things up with a partner.

Q: How do I store my toy?
A: Keep your toy in its original packaging or a clean, dry bag (all of our products come with their own travel pouch!).

Q: Do you offer educational content about pleasure?

Returns & Support

Q: Can I return my product?
A: Due to hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns for opened products. If your item is faulty, please reach out to us at contact@alittlepleasure.com, and we’ll make it right.

Q: I need help with my product. What should I do?

Q: What if my product arrives damaged?

Q: How long is the warranty on your products?
A: We offer a 1-year warranty on all our products against manufacturing defects. 

Q: What if I want to cancel my order?
